What's covered

This applies to all products, including sale items, in both stores.

What counts as a failed test

A sealed Aurelia vial reported at more than 2 percentage points below the purity on its published batch certificate, or below 90% of its labelled content.

Approved laboratories

An independent laboratory on our approved list (currently Janoshik Analytical and ILS Laboratories), or any ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.

How to claim

Claims must be made within 60 days of delivery with the full laboratory report, the batch number and a photo of the vial. Email support@aureliaresearch.com. We may confirm the report with the laboratory.

What you get

We will replace the product or refund its price (your choice) and repay the test fee up to £150.

Limits

One claim per order.

Lost or seized parcels

If a tracked parcel is lost or seized in transit, we will reship it once free of charge, or refund it if reshipping is not possible.
