How is my personal information handled?

We collect and use personal information to process orders, provide support, maintain security and meet our legal obligations, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information. Order and compliance records are retained for the periods our obligations require.

Do you keep records of what I order?

Yes. Order records are retained as part of our accounting and compliance obligations, and they are what allow us to trace a vial back to its batch and its analysis if a question arises later.

That traceability is the point of batch records. It is also why we can answer a query about material you bought months ago.

How do I contact Aurelia?

Use the message form on our contact page, message us on WhatsApp, or email support@aureliaresearch.com for orders, delivery, batch and documentation queries. We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Quoting your order number or the batch number from the vial gets you a useful answer first time.
